My name is Kim Peek, and I’m the author of the new book, Holistic Endurance Training. I'm a wife, mom, coach, triathlete, and eternal optimist who is into all things wellness and fitness.

I know these are scary times and most of us have not experienced anything like this in our lifetimes. But even in the chaos and uncertainty, I see so much hope for today and for the future.
