Leaves are falling off trees and the streets are covered in red, orange and gold. Have you taken the time to watch the seasons change? I always think of fall as one of those times to slow down long enough to pause and reflect. 

In this episode, I talk about being mindful and present and showing up for those around you. I also touch a bit on seasonal depression, dopamine and what you can do to help elevate your mood if you're feeling like you're in a winter funk. 

And, I elaborate a bit more on the concept of The Power of One Minute. How can you use just one minute to get moving, get things done and make the small changes that make a big difference in your life?
