This week, I want to talk about Turkey Trots and other fun holiday-themed 5Ks because I know a lot of you have had it on your bucket list to run or walk a 5K this year. And if this is a goal that you’ve pushed to the back burner because you’re busy with work and kids… this is one that you need to prioritize because running and walking are GOOD FOR YOU. Training to run or walk a 5K will help you be better in so many areas of your life.
