Alycia McClure is a 200HR RYT Yoga Instructor who is also certified in Sports Nutrition and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels for 5 years. As the wife of a collegiate baseball coach, she has a huge passion for training athletes using yoga to help them enhance their athletic performance and speed up recovery.
