When this pandemic is over, we need to have the biggest, most epic running adventure. So, grab your girls, share this episode with someone you want on that big adventure with you, and let's help her get started running. Whether you've never run a step, or you're wanting to run more consistently, this is the time to get moving again. 

Life will get back to something resembling normal. We will get to travel again, and eat meals out, and hug our friends, and run shoulder to shoulder at a race again… and once the world opens up, I want you to be ready to run. Even if running isn’t your thing, I want you to be physically and mentally ready to pursue your dreams.
