What should you be doing right now? Is it okay to Netflix all day? Or should you be on a personal development quest? What are the secrets to being patient, present, and joyful? I talked to Ryan Stanley, a life coach, and author of the book "Be Patient, Be Present, Be Joyful: a First Aid Kit for the Emotional Bumps, Scrapes and Bruises of Life" to get his thoughts on how we can shift our energy in these crazy times.
