What should you be doing right now? Is it okay to Netflix all day? Or should you be on a personal development quest? What are the secrets to being patient, present, and joyful? I talked to Ryan Stanley, a life coach, and author of the book "Be Patient, Be Present, Be Joyful: a First Aid Kit for the Emotional Bumps, Scrapes and Bruises of Life" to get his thoughts on how we can shift our energy in these crazy times.
Ryan is a lifelong entrepreneur who is known for his natural
ability to connect with, understand, and empower those who are in
pursuit of and willing to make significant changes in their
personal and professional lives so they can end up being the best
versions of themselves. Since graduating from The Institute for
Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2009 as a Certified
Professional Coach (CPC) Ryan has changed the lives of hundreds of
