HIIPA stands for High Intensity Incidental Physical Activity, and it could be the secret to helping millions of Americans improve their health. People who have not yet formed a consistent exercise habit often claim they don’t have the time, and HIIPA removes that barrier to exercise. With HIIPA, there is no minimum amount of time a person needs to move. It’s about adding high-intensity moments into the existing structure of someone’s day.
