This week, we are talking about 5 Tips to Defy Aging, Power Up Your Life and Be Vibrant. I’ve talked to lots of women aged 40-55 this summer, and we all agreed that the label of “senior fitness” doesn’t fit us. We are too young and vibrant to think of ourselves as “older adults” or “seniors.” But the truth is, this age group does have some specific health concerns, which might include: less energy, aching joints and backs and knees that creak. My runners might notice that they are losing speed. Others in the audience might see they are losing muscle tone and strength. The good news is, we can begin to address these issues, and even turn back the clock in many cases, when we pay attention to the five things I’ll talk about in today’s podcast.

Wellness is directly related to lifestyle, so let’s jump in and talk about five areas where we can make a difference when it comes to our health.
