It appears that we are in the middle of another running boom! As we've changed our habits and social interactions due to the pandemic, lots of people have turned to running for stress relief, a social outlet, and as entertainment. Whether you're new to running, or 2020 changed your training and racing plans in a big way, this is a great time to run. In this episode, I'll share reasons why this is a great time to learn to run.
