Today we are talking about mindset and consistency. Mindset is the name of the game. I'd say success is 75% mindset and 25% consistency. Both are important, and in today's short episode, we will touch on both.

If you're ready to take up journaling, some of the questions you might want to write about include:

  • What is my intention today? What do I want this day to be like?
  • How do I feel right now mentally and physically?
  • How do I feel about my training?
  • Are there any negative thought patterns dragging me down?
  • What do I wake up excited about each morning?
  • What have I done lately to recharge my batteries?
  • What is the life I want to live? What does it look like? What will it take for me to have that life?
  • What am I grateful for?

 And your assignments for today:

  • Work on your mindset, positivity, and gratitude
  • Reimagine what you believe is possible
  • And continue to get your workouts in because consistency is the fastest way to build skill
